Dr. Jim Clardy
Executive Pastor
Dr. Jim Clardy shares
preaching, teaching, and congregational care responsibilities; and he serves
with the inviting, in-reach, scouting, and senior adult ministry teams. Jim
previously served as the superintendent of the Murfreesboro District of the
United Methodist Church. His career includes serving as pastor to churches
across the Tennessee Conference as well as a chaplain in the United States Army
and police chaplain.
Jim is married to
Trish, and they have one adult son. He enjoys strumming the guitar, playing
golf and reading.
In ministry, Jim
strives to always be faithful to his calling to care for and challenge the
congregation to grow as disciples. If you ask him, he’ll tell you he is just as
excited about ministry today as he was when he started out as a
sixteen-year-old.
